Snorunt -- Guardians Rising Pokemon Card Review

Snorunt Guardians Rising Pokemon Card
Pokemon Card Overview:
Today's Pokemon Card Review is of Snorunt from the Guardians Rising Pokemon Card Set.  Snorunt is a Basic, Water type Pokemon card with a HP of 60.  It has a x2 weakness to Metal type Pokemon, no resistance type, and a two Colorless Energy card retreat cost.  Snorunt does not have an Ability but it does have two moves.  The first move on this card is called Chilly, for one Water Energy card, this move does 10 damage.  Frost Breath is this card's second move, for two Water Energy cards, this move does 20 damage.

Pokemon Card Strategy:
So as far as strategy goes, since Snorunt is a Basic Pokemon card with a Stage 1 evolution in Glalie, which I'll be reviewing tomorrow, you'll more than likely want to use this card with that Pokemon.  However, since I haven't reviewed that card yet, I'll just act as though I plan on using this card without its evolution.  So, on its own, this card could certainly be used as a starter type Pokemon in a Water type deck.  Because this card can attack for only one Energy card, you can start attacking the defending Pokemon the first turn of the game.  Really, the only downside to this card is its retreat cost, but if you put two Energy cards on Snorunt to use Frost Breath, this shouldn't be a problem.  This is certainly a card that can be used on its own, or put into the Active Pokemon spot for a turn or two then evolve it into Glalie.

Pokemon Card Rating:
I would give this card a 3 out of 5 rating.  So in my opinion, on its own, without considering Glalie, this is an average Basic Pokemon card overall.  This card has a solid HP, and two good moves, like I mentioned above, the only downside on this card is its high retreat cost, otherwise, this is a perfectly fine Basic Pokemon card to use in a Water Type deck.

I'm starting thinking this is not really random, as usually 3 or 4 people are commenting, and among them there are always the same 2 guys. So, if they keep commenting is because they are ALWAYS winning. If this is not truly random, stop saying that.
I answered in many videos correctly because the answers were the same as the others, so statically I should have won at least once.
